Ruthen Vogue uses your information to manage your account, fulfil orders and respond to your requests.

Information you share

We collect the account details, contact information, delivery address and order information you provide. Academy applications and enquiries include the details you submit in their forms. Only authorised staff can access this information.

Accounts and payments

Supabase manages authentication and account sessions. Paystack processes payments; your card details are entered with Paystack and are not stored by Ruthen Vogue. We retain payment references and statuses to manage your order.

Storage and service providers

The website and database are hosted using Vercel and Supabase. Product images are stored using Cloudinary. Transactional emails may be delivered through our email providers. We use these services to operate the store, and share the information needed to provide those services.

Your bag and session

Your bag is stored in this browser so it remains available after a refresh. Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in. You can remove items, sign out, or clear website storage in your browser.

Your information and requests

We keep information while it is needed to operate your account, fulfil purchases, respond to enquiries and maintain business records. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information, contact us. Include the email used for your account or order so we can verify your request.
